"FRIENDSGIVING"
On November 14, 2023, in a heartwarming display of inclusivity and collaboration, students with disabilities recently participated in a series of lessons aimed at empowering them to take charge of planning a Friendsgiving dinner project. This unique initiative not only focused on traditional aspects of the holiday but also highlighted the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and the joy of sharing a meal together. The students enthusiastically embraced their roles and responsibilities, demonstrating remarkable initiative and creativity throughout the planning process. All of the decor on the tables was made by the students. In addition to the feast, the students organized a brief program that added a personal touch to the Friendsgiving event.
