School Improvement Councils
Williamsburg County School District appreciates the service and dedication of members of the School Improvement Councils at each district school. School Council members play a significant role in assisting schools in creating more opportunities for students to advance in their academics by working closely with school principals.

Function of SICs
- Assist and provide input in developing their school's Improvement Plans
- Set goals that support the implementation of the Plan
- Write and issue the annual SIC Report to the Parents
- With the principal, write the narrative for the annual SC School Report Card
