Williamsburg County School District Imagine Greatness WCSD Logo. Congratulations. Shining the Lighthouse on McKinney-Vento Families. In January of this year, Dr. Ernestine Young applied for the ARP Homeless II Grant for $84,000 and was approved. She pursued the grant to mitigate the burden of the long lasting effects the pandemic has placed on families experiencing homelessness.
